Health and safety, you cannot argue
Does us good and prevents accidents
But the litigation culture makes a mockery
Of rules made to prevent
The mishaps and disasters that people suffer
from. Is it the lawyer’s doing
That we now look to sue
Or is their trouble brewing
From this predicament?
Who can provide the answer
For the way we have become
Do we sue and transfer
The blame on everyone?
